THE BARE FACTS
My younger brother is just starting out as an entertainer - he's a sort of stand-up comedian who sings a bit as well. He doesn't pull in big crowds yet, so when he played the village hall last night, they filled up the seats nearest the stage first, so the audience wasn't too spread out.
To thank the people who paid to see his show, he even wrote a brand new song to close his act.
This morning the local paper had a short review of his performance. It was titled: "Full front, all-new ditty at Village Hall!"
