COMPUTER BILLING
The chap who lives in the flat opposite is a bobby on the beat and he's been showing me the new tablet computer he's been issued with. It's part of a campaign to help him keep in touch with local residents and answer their concerns about the neighbourhood.
There wasn't much time for training, so it's been made really simple to use. It even has a politically correct spellchecker to make sure any e-mails he sends don't contain anything potentially offensive to the community.
He calls it his PC's PC easy-peasy PC.
