TABLES NOT TURNING?
I always wanted to be in the hospitality business, so I started out working as a barista at Starbucks. Then I got a job serving in a bistro in Soho, before moving on to a smart restaurant in the West End. I thought I'd be able to work my way up to Maitre d' and eventually Manager.
But that was five years ago and I'm still waiting...
