MARK OF EGGSELLENCE
Our local poultry farm and its Spanish owner are doing great business since they were named 'Egg Supplier of the Year' by a multi-award-winning Three Star Michelin restaurant.
A documentary is being made about it. The title comes from the owner's charmingly broken English: "Juan grew huevos for cook who's best".
